The school hurling team took part today in the annual Mini 7's tournament. They played 3 matches, won one of them and were narrowly defeated in the other 2 by schools who are in divisions much higher than them in the Sciath na Scol competition. They finished the day in 3rd place, which is a fantastic achievement for a team that have never played in this competition before. They have been improving with every game and today Miss Lovett and John were SO proud of all their performances. They represented St.Marks so well and were an absolute credit. Tomorrow they play New Inn in their third Sciath na Scol match so we wish them the best of luck in that. St. Marks abú 💪🏼
